A pleasant surprise from Nature.

These are Suppose to be Summers with Scorching Heat. Generally I take these kinds of Pictures in Rainy Season but because of the Western Disturbance in India. Jaipur is facing gusty winds accompanied with lightning and rains from few days. . . . Which was a Beautiful Welcoming break from all the chaos that was cussed by the Coronavirus?

The Meteorological Department said south-west monsoon normally enters Rajasthan by June 15 but this year it will be 10 days late and will hit Rajasthan around 25 June and Jaipur by 1 July 2020.

Today is 52day of Lockdown in India, the total number of confirmed Coronavirus cases in India has crossed 80,000 and over 2,500 deaths from Coronavirus. The economy is at its worst; Millions of people lost their Jobs, n number of Businesses shutdown completely, millions of people are facing the danger of depression. Don’t know the decision of Lockdown was right or wrong but surely we have to pay a heavy price in name of Coronavirus.

  1. Scorching heat, oh, lucky you. 4C over here, mid-May!
    No rain since weeks...
Luckily no real lockdown. But depression sure is a word here, too. Enjoy your rain, I love rain...

  2. I saw your comment on Iris's blog and it led me to your blog! You have taken a lot of magical photos!

We also have a very unusual weather disturbance here. A tyohoon has entered our country so early in May and it is super strong which makes it double unusual. Hope the rain there is something good to cool up the weather. It did cool ours too, just hoping it would weaken a bit for those who are still on evacuation centers due to January's volcanic eruption.

Sending hugs to India! Happy Weekend!

  4. Great photos! I guess the rain is a welcome respite from the heat. It's my 64th day of working at home. For us, it's a stay-at-home order and we're allowed to go get groceries once a week. Our number of infected people is still rising. I do hope we'll quell this virus sooner or later.

Take good care. Stay safe and thank you for visiting my blog.

  7. Fantastic moody image! We are about to get some rain later tonight. Our country, Ireland, just entered phase 1 of our restrictions. Some construction people can go back to work and we can now be 5km away from our home. It used to be 2km. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment.
    Have a great weekend.

  8. I particularly like the stroller with the umbrella. Your composition is artful and your tones evoke the damp wet atmosphere

  14. Your narrative adds a lot of impact to this image! We would welcome warmer weather here as May has turned into the wettest May ever.
