Yugm Diwas was organised on 7-oct-2023 at Rajasthan International Centre, Jaipur. Manaswini Sharma and her talented group gave a mesmerizing opening performance.
Manaswini Sharma, a Kathak prodigy, began her journey at 7 under Guru Pt. Girdhari Maharaj Ji in the Guru Shishya Parampara tradition. She excels in the Jaipur Gharana style, training with Guru Prerana Shrimali and pursuing a Ph.D. with Dr. Vibha Dadhich. Holding a Master’s in Performing Arts from Pune, she’s received a Ministry of Culture scholarship and Nipun qualification.
A member of UNESCO’s International Dance Council, Manaswini’s accolades include cultural exchanges in Japan, numerous solo performances, and awards like “Excellence in Culture” and “Young Achiever in Kathak.”
